策略之三:做点体育运动
去跑步,遛狗,跳舞,做瑜伽。这让你与办公室里的活动有所区别,非常有助于你的思维平静下来。大汗淋漓之后,你会冷静许多,肢体变得柔韧,重新焕发。如果不想运动,沐浴后可以用香精油,涂抹身体,享受一股清香的慰藉。然后躺在地毯上,伸展脊骨,让白日里的压迫,在水平的状态下渐渐释放。

Go for a run, walk the dog, dance or take a yoga class. Or if you are not feeling particularly energetic, when you get out of the bath, take some body oil -- ideally a deliciously scented one -- and rub it into your own skin, focusing on what feels nice. It helps you switch to a more sensual frame of mind. Try lying on the floor, stretching out your spine; it can be very nice for getting you out of vertical mode and into horizontal.
